NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 482016CA000128XXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein 1900 CAPITAL TRUST III, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and LAVENTANA AT WILLOW POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN MALO A/K/A JOHN T MALO, DECEASED; SURFINVESTOR, INC; SUMMIT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, L.P.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. LOT 1, WILLOW POND-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
