NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on June 12, 2019 in Case No. 2018-237 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC and Izaro Etxea, LLC are the Plaintiffs and Paul Brooks; Unknown Spouse of Paul Brooks; Charlotte County; together with any heirs, devisees, grantees, Assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against defendants are the Defendants. Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Charlotte County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 198, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 8, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 16A thru 16Y and 1621 thru 1627, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
