NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on April 20, 2018 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Judicial Sale rendered on June 12, 2019 in '‹Case No. 17-000997-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20t'‹h Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein '‹Innova Investment Group, LLC '‹and Izaro Etxea, LLC '‹are the Plaintiffs and '‹Ferdinand Dezwart; Vivien Dezwart; Charlotte County, Florida; together with any heirs, devisees, grantees, Assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against defendants; and Unknown Tenant in Possession '‹are the Defendants.
