Eisenschmidt, deceased, file number 2019-532-CP by the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL 33951; that the decedent's date of death was August 24, 2017; that the total value of the estate is $25,000.00, including exempt assets, and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
