NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-002626 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, Successor by Merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, formerly known as World Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Leckie a/k/a Kimberly Lecke; Chase Bank USA, N.A; Country Club/Edgewater Village Association, Inc; are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 41, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE I A/K/A WHITEMARSH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
