NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003569AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and EDWIN RAMIREZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 0806, in Building 8, of LAKESIDE VILLAGE TOWNHOME CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2232, Page 1192, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
