NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 532018CA002656000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD S. KALMAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Cypresswood Palma Ceia, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 122, Pages 7 & 8, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
