NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019, entered in Case No. 112017CA0008430001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2006-FM2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FM2 is the Plaintiff and 466 Leawood Cir Trust, Marc L Shapiro as Trustee; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 466 Leawood CIR Trust; Patricia M. Jackreece a/k/a Patricia Jackreece; Telemate A. Jackreece a/k/a Telemate Jackreece; Leawood Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, LEAWOOD LAKES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 62-64, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
