NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, and entered in 2019CA000269CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-44, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-44 is the Plaintiff and RYAN MORGAN; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 23, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
