Notice is given that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment dated June 24, 2019, in Case No. 2014 CA 006890 NC, pending in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE RAMP 2007-RS1, is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD KUCHARSKI, ANTOINETTE KUCHARSKI, MORTGAGE REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., VENICE GARDENS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 25th day of July, 2019, the real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida and legally described as follows:
LOT 1345, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO. 29, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The property aforesaid, together with all the improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims under the Consent Final Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
