NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-005036-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC., 2006-NC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff and Gerald E. Sweeting; Unknown Spouse of Gerald E. Sweeting; Richard Sweeting; Unknown Spouse of Richard Sweeting; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Unknown Tenant #1 in possession of the property ; Unknown Tenant #2 in possession of the property are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
