Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 17-CA-002213, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff, and JEFFERY EDWARDS; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 5, 2019 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, PINE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 42, OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
