NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-000979 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20, Plaintiff, and SALVADOR CARBAJAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100015700073247484); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MARIA GALDAMEZARE; Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 18 day of July, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 28, UNIT 7, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
