NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019 and entered in 18-CA-005229 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2CB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LITA G. GOSHEN A/K/A LITA GAIL GOSHEN, DECEASED; JOSHUAH GOSHEN; LA PALAPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). in said Final Judgment, to wit:
