NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-000387 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES ACQUISITION TRUST 2018-HB1 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN JAZWIECKI F/K/A SUSAN CORNER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTA RAVENSCROFT, DECEASED; SUSAN JAZWIECKI F/K/A SUSAN CORNER; CYNTHIA LOPEZ PETERSEN; JUSTIN KURT RAVENSCROFT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
