NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004278, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and WILSON TORRES; RUTHIE TORRES; FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 73, UNIT 6, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
