NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-004148 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PRETIUM MORTGAGE CREDIT PARTNERS I LOAN ACQUISITION, LP is Plaintiff, and JUDD, MARK AND MICHELLE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, LINDA DOGGETT, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on July 19, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 2859, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 41, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 TO 14, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
