NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-005968 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Pamela O'Brien, Ralph O'Brien, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Chelsie Tindall, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Tommy Layton, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
