NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein UNION HOME MORTGAGE CORP, is Plaintiff, and JEANNE HILL-PALL A/K/A JEANNE HILL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 3665 at Page 714 and along the Westerly line of Tract 9037 as described in O.R. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
