has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is Post Office Box 880, Winter Park, FL 32790-0880, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
