U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2017-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2017-6 is Plaintiff and ANGELA D. SHOCKEY A/K/A ANGELA SHOCKEY, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES II, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN-BACKED TERM NOTES, SERIES 2003-HS3, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A STEVEN SHOCKEY, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
