NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-005217-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Saralyn P. Gossett; Terry L. Gossett; Falcon Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc.; Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, FALCON RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 32 THROUGH 34, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
