NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered May 28, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered March 19, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-8174-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH BALL TRUSTEE OF THE 4801 LAND TRUST, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 6, BLK C, ARCADIA SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 34S, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Commonly referred to as 4801 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N., St. Petersburg, Florida 33703
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
