NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Agreed Order to Cancel Sale Scheduled for June 19, 2019 and Reschedule to September 19, 2019, entered June 18, 2019, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit No. 17-1706, Itopia Private Residences Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14086, at Page 400, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
