NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, and entered in 17-000509-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA T. ISAACS AKA CYNTHIA SUE ISAACS AKA CYNTHIA ISAACS ; JAMES ISAACS; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1; DANIELLE ISSACS MORGAN F/K/A DANIELLE LAKSMI ISAACS F/K/A DANIELLE ISSACS; THE ESTATE OF JAMES ISAACS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST N THE ESTATE OF JAMES ISAACS, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
