NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, and entered in 18-005884-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-6, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN Y. EKE A/K/A CAROLYN EKE (DECEASED); KARLA GREGG; KANU GIPSON; KEVIN GIPSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 08, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4, BETHWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 42-43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
