NOTICE IS HEREBY pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2019-CA-000367 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Robert L. Sullivan a/k/a Robert Sullivan are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 6, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 212, INDIAN SPRINGS COLONY FIRST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS/ CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4165, PAGE(S) 338, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
