The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com On August 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, HERITAGE LANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 601 Heritage Ln, Largo, FL 33770.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
