Naef, deceased, Casa Del Sol Association d/b/a Casa Del Sol Madrid Condominium Association, Inc., Innovative Roofing Systems of New Tampa, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 23th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
