NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 8, WASHINGTON SQUARE AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in OR Book 4984, Page 1715, and all its attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 122 and 123, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2 N. Fernwood Avenue #8, Clearwater, FL 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 23, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
