NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18-002509-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-PR1 TRUST is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN BROWN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOC., INC.; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION DBA GTE FINANCIAL; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on July 23, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE NO. 2 UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
