NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated December 11, 2018, and entered in Case No.: 2017-CC-3263, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GAMBLE CREEK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and KRIS HAGER AND WENDY SUE HAGER, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
