NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002636000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-ASAP1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and INTERNATIONAL BASS LAKE RESORT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A INTERNATIONAL BASS LAKE RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of MARCH, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 388, LAKESIDE AT BASS LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
