NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2019, and entered in 2018CA000385000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein QUICKEN LOANS INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MILLICENT A. VEAL, DECEASED; CAROLYN ADDIE MARIE VEAL; PLANTER'S WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
