Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Polk County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO DOMINGO BATISTA, JR. AND KAREN G. BATISTA, HIS WIFE BY DEED FROM GREEN LAND DEVELOPMENT DE PUERTO ICO RECORDED 06/24/2002 IN DEED BOOK 5041 PAGE 1352, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) the day following the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
