and commonly known as: 8340 TOM COSTINE RD, LAKELAND, FL 33809; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on MARCH 21, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
