Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February 2019, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of March 2019, the interest in real property situated in Polk County and described as:
LOT 10, TIMBERS NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 145, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
