NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc dated December 17, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2017-CA-000151-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, where in FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LINDA K. YERGER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LESLIE MARSH A/K/A LESLIE P. MARSH A/K/A LESLIE MARIE MARSH A/K/A LESLIE M. PAPINEAU MARSH, DECEASED; THE ESTATE OF LESLIE MARSH A/K/A LESLIE P. MARSH A/K/A LESLIE MARIE MARSH A/K/A LESLIE M. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of March, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc, to wit:
LOT 40, RIVER REACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGES 23, THROUGH 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
