NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002468000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and DAVID W. COOPER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, SOLIVITA-PHASE VIB, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 14 THROUGH 17, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
