CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2, BUILDING 3, BOLERO AT TIBURON, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BOLERO II AT TIBURON, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2611, PAGE 1481 AND IN BOOK 3352, PAGE 1778, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
