NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003108 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jean R. Hail, Collier County, Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
WEST ONE HALF (W. 1/2) OF TRACT 85, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
