DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is the Plaintiff and LENNIS EDWARD HENRY; BRIANNA NICOLE HENRY AKA BRIANNA N. HENRY ; WHISPERING TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINTER HAVEN, INC.; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
