Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of February, 2019, and entered in case No. 18-CA-000370 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JAMIE FLORES, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE FLORES now known as MELISSA FLORES, JESSICA FLORES aka JESSICA JANE FLORES aka JESSICA JANE GONZALES, FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA and JUBILATION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Government Complex, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 21 day of March, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 1, Building 52, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3096, Page 1624, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
