NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 20, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001243 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and BETTE BYOUK, RALPH HOWARD THOMPSON, MARY ANN THOMPSON, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WILSIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST BETTE M. BYOUK A/K/K BETTE MARIE BYOUK, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST BETTE M. BYOUK A/K/A BETTE MARIE BYOUK , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants, the Clerk of Court (Crystal K. Kinzel), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21 day of March, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 9, WILSHIRE LAKES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGES 24 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
