Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 19 day of February, 2019, and entered in case No. 18-CC-2649 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VILLAGES OF ASCOT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, JOSEPH FEE, TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH & JANE FEE LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST; JANE FEE, TRUSTE OF THE JOSEPH & JANE FEE LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST et al, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 1, BLDG A, PHASE 1, VILLAGES OF ASCOT, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1939, Page 4083, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
