Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 12, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16, UNIT 3A, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 127-134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
