DUCHARME HANSEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULETTE J. DUCHARME HANSEN n/k/a IAN HANSEN, SAN SIMEON PHASE I RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ALERUS FINANCIAL, N.A., UNKNOWN OCCUPANT # 1, and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT #2 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash located at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on March 22, 2019, the following property:
