NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002969 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SALOMON BROS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1997-HUD2 is Plaintiff and THURMAN, ROSCO, et al, are Defendants.
