PATRICK; GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, SECTION XIII, INC.; GLADIOLUS GARDENS RECREATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; are defendants.
