NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb 20, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-002917 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KULVE DUNCAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOHNNIE FARMER, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
